In Smartbooqing, you have the flexibility to send files through email, mobile, or upload them via the portal. We show the supported file formats in this article.

Sending files from portal

Below are the supported file formats for sending from the portal:

• .PDF
• All image formats (.JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, .TIF, .TIFF formats)
• .ZIP
• .RAR
• .XML (UBL)
• .DOC, .DOCX, .XLS, .XLXS, .ODT, and .ODS

Sending files from emails

Below are the supported file formats for sending by email:

• .PDF
• All image formats (.JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, .TIF, .TIFF formats)
• .ZIP
• .RAR
• .XML (UBL)
• .DAT files
• DOC, .DOCX, .XLS, .XLXS, .ODT, and .ODS

Note:

• We support the “.DAT” file format created by MS Outlook when forwarding emails in rich text format. Other “.DAT” files are not supported.

Sending files from mobile

For mobile, when uploading files for processing, you can easily take a photo and upload it. The photos can be uploaded in the following format:

• .JPG
• .JPEG
• .PNG
• .PDF

Example of file formats that are not supported in SBQ

• Any files having password protection
• Email as an attachment
• External links like FTP
• Archive file in archive. Example: ZIP file in .ZIP, .RAR in .RAR, .DAT in .DAT.
