User Dashboard:
A new column “Rejected in the last 30 days” has been added. The number of files that have been rejected by Smartbooqing, because they cannot be processed will be shown here.
Note: When a user clicks on the count of rejected files (next to an admin name), they will be routed to our “Received Files” page where all the Rejected files will be shown. The count of files that was displayed on the User Dashboard and the count of files which is shown on the “Received Files” page may differ as our “Received Files” page will also show the files that have been rejected at Authorisation/Confirmation.
Admin Dashboard:
- A new tile “Rejected in the last 30 days” has been added.
- All these tiles are now clickable and when clicked they direct the user to the concerned page displaying all the files.
Note: When a user clicks on this rejected file’s tile, they will be routed to our “Received Files” page where all the Rejected files will be shown. The count of files that was displayed on the User Dashboard and the count of files which is shown on the “Received Files” page may differ as our “Received Files” page will also show the files that have been rejected at Authorisation/Confirmation.
