How to change the language?

  • To change the language, go to Menu >> Profile >> language.
  • When you click on the language, you get 2 options –Dutch and English. Select the desired language and click on “OK”.

 

How to submit invoices?

You can click on the camera icon to upload documents. You will be navigated to the camera screen.

You can upload document in two ways as:

      1. Camera: Capture new images
      2. Gallery: Upload already captured images from gallery

How to submit a single document/receipt which has more than 1 page?

  1. Click the camera button.
  2. The number of documents is shown on the document set. Repeat step 1 until you are done capturing.
  3. Finished? Click the check mark to proceed to upload.

Note: The maximum limit is 10 pages per document

 

How to submit multiple receipts in one go?

  1. Click the camera button.
  2. Click ‘new document’ and then click the camera button to capture the document. Repeat step 1 and step 2 and capture multiple documents.
  3. The number of documents is shown on the document set.
  4. Finished? Click the check mark to continue.

Note: There is a download limit of up to 10 documents.

 

Can I separately submit each page of the receipt and expect that Smartbooqing will merge/club them together?

  1. Click the camera button to capture the document. If the document consists of several pages, capture each page with the camera button.
  2. Capture another document? Click on ‘New Document’ and click on the camera button. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to capture multiple documents.
  3. Here you can see the document set and the number of pages.
  4. Finished? Click on the check mark to proceed to upload.

Note: The maximum download limit is 10 documents with 10 pages each.
You can still adjust the documents by deleting/recapturing/rotating/cropping them.

 

 

How to check the status of submitted document/receipt? How to upload them again, in case they failed earlier?

  • The first time you using the app, after you enter the pin, select the Administration name >> then you can see invoice list.
    • If you login to the app, the next time, then after entering the PIN, you will see invoice list.
    • You can check the status of the upload by the following symbols
      1.    – Uploaded successfully
      2.  – uploading in progress
      3. – uploading failed
      4. If you want to upload the failed invoice again just tap on the thumbnail with the retry icon on the thumbnail.
      5. The user can also retry to upload from the detail screen by clicking on retry icon.

 

File formats supported?

  • The app only supports PNG, JPEG, JPG format.
  • You can also upload invoice images from the gallery.

 

How many photos can I click in one time?

  • There is no limit on the file size.
  • You can take max 10 images of a document .

 

Unable to see particular administration?

  • If you are unable to find a particular administration means app is not enabled on the portal for this administration.
  • Note: Users with Administrator/Team Leader role can activate this from Administration list >> select feature panel view

 

How to change administration?

  • There are two options to do this:

Option 1:

  • Before you start the camera you can select the administration from the header.

Option 2:

  • After capturing the images when you are uploading the invoices, you will get administration confirmation message, from there you can change the administration while uploading.

 

Allow camera/storage

  • If you see the allow access message for camera and gallery you need to click on “OK” button to start capturing the images.
  • Only when you confirm this, you will be able to submit invoices.
