1. Sending files via email:
While sending the files for processing in Smartbooqing, you can also send them via email and Smartbooqing will process them.
2. Configuring email to send the files:
- In order to send the documents via email first you need to configure the email address on which you want to send the documents on.
- As shown in the below screen you can configure the email and send the documents on it for processing.
- Go to administration=> select the administration and in ‘Basic view’ click on ‘Receives files on e-mail’.
Note: You can re-configure the scan email id.
- As shown in the above screen, you can configure the email for that administration and send the files/ documents on it.

3. Sending the documents for processing via email:
While sending the documents for processing you can simply send an email at the configured email address by attaching it, there is no predefined format or syntax to send the documents via email.
Note 1: Use the email address of the respective administration to send the files for processing
Note 2: Size limit, depends on sender’s mailbox limit. At Smartbooqing side for receiving , maximum size is 70 MB
