To integrate your FTPS servers and applications (like FileZilla,WinSCP etc) with our services, we will require the following details,

  • The IP address of the FTPS Server. For e.g., “192.XYZ.D.AB”.
  • The port number of the FTPS Server. For e.g., Port – 22
  • The credential to the FTPS Server – User Name and Password.
  • The path of the FTPS folder which was configured keeping the below mentioned rules in mind. For e.g., “Download/Compact”.

Once these have been provided, the connection can be securely made.

Prerequisites for sending/receiving documents: The FTPS application database and its folders would need to be configured according to the following rules for the exchange of documents to happen correctly.

Clients will have to follow a naming nomenclature for the “Upload” and “Download” folders,

  • Let’s say a folder – “Upload” is created – where the documents would be submitted. This folder must mandatorily have two folders named “Extensive” (Article Lines) and “Compact” (VAT Lines) where the respective documents would be uploaded according to how they need to be processed.

The name of main “Upload” folder can be changed according to the convenience of the client; however, the two sub folders should follow the mentioned format.

  • Similarly, for receiving the processed UBLs,

There could be a folder named “Download” which will necessarily have to have folders with the name of “UBLWithComment” and “UBLWithoutComment”. The processed UBLs will be made available in the respective folders depending on the relevant comments generated while processing.

Note:  The processed UBLs will have the PDFs of the original document embedded within them.
