1. How can I go to the exporting section?

To go to the ‘Exporting section’ on ‘Document hub’, you can check the page tab ‘Exporting’ on ‘Document hub’ ( Login >> ‘select the administration administration’ >>  ‘Exporting’)

 

In this section you’ll be able see the documents those are getting exported into the accounting system once they are being processed. The status of the files which are getting exported into the accounting system will be visible as ‘Exporting’.

 

At any moment if the files are not exported to the accounting system then you can check those files in the Export errors tab.

 

 

 

2. Status of the exporting files

In the exporting section, you can check the file which are getting exported into the accounting system, the status of the files which are getting exported into the accounting system will be having the status column with status as Exporting.

Time required to export the files in accounting systems

The time required to export the document to the accounting system is based on few factors like receiving the response from accounting system, no. of documents, it is also dependent on the accounting system i.e if accounting system is online accounting system then it may take 1-2 mins to export the document, for offline accounting systems it may take approximately 2-30 mins.

 

3. Synchronization

This option allows you to synchronise the data which is newly added or updated in the particular accounting system. With this option the data can be synchronised is- ‘account codes’, ‘vat codes’, ‘daybooks’, ‘payment terms’, ‘periods’, ‘cost codes’, ‘project codes’, ‘partner codes’, etc.
