In Smartbooqing heb je de flexibiliteit om bestanden te versturen via e-mail, mobiel of ze te uploaden via het portaal. We tonen de ondersteunde bestandsformaten in dit artikel.

Vanaf het portaal

De ondersteunde bestandsformaten voor het uploaden vanaf het portaal zijn:

• .PDF
• Alle afbeeldingen (.JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, .TIF, .TIFF formaten)
• .ZIP
• .RAR
• .XML (UBL)
• .DOC, .DOCX, .XLS, .XLXS, .ODT, en .ODS
• HEIC/HEIF formaten

Per e-mail

De ondersteunde bestandsformaten voor het uploaden per e-mail zijn:

• PDF
• Alle afbeeldingen (.JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, .TIF, .TIFF formaten)
• .ZIP
• .RAR
• .XML (UBL)
• .DAT bestanden
• .DOC, .DOCX, .XLS, .XLXS, .ODT, en .ODS
• HEIC/HEIF formaten

Let op: We ondersteunen het ‘.DAT’-bestandsformat dat is gegenereerd door MS Outlook bij het doorsturen van e-mails in RTF-indeling. Andere ‘.DAT’-bestanden worden niet ondersteund.

Per telefoon

Wanneer je bestanden via je telefoon wilt uploaden, klik je op de gemaakte afbeelding en upload je de foto. Foto’s kunnen in de volgende formaten worden geüpload:

• .JPG
• .JPEG
• .PNG
• .PDF

Bestandsformaten die niet worden ondersteund in SBQ

• Alle bestanden met wachtwoordbeveiliging
• E-mail als bijlage
• Externe links zoals FTP
• Archiefbestand in archief. Bijvoorbeeld: .ZIP-bestand in .ZIP, .RAR in .RAR, .DAT in .DAT.

Below are the supported file formats for sending from the portal:

Sending files from emails

Below are the supported file formats for sending by email:

• .PDF
• All image formats (.JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, .TIF, .TIFF formats)
• .ZIP
• .RAR
• .XML (UBL)
• .DAT files
• DOC, .DOCX, .XLS, .XLXS, .ODT, and .ODS
• HEIC/HEIF Format

Note:

• We support the “.DAT” file format created by MS Outlook when forwarding emails in rich text format. Other “.DAT” files are not supported.

Sending files from mobile

For mobile, when uploading files for processing, you can easily take a photo and upload it. The photos can be uploaded in the following format:

• .JPG
• .JPEG
• .PNG
• .PDF
